I think I'm going to have a minor tissue surgery after my braces?!

Question: I think I'm going to have a minor tissue surgery after my braces!?
Ok, so I have braces now!. But before I had them, the orthodontist said that when it was done, I needed to do a bit of surgery to remove some tissue from the back of my two top front teeth!. You know what I think!?
AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!.!.!.

What should I do!? Is it going to hurt that bad!? How long is that pain going to last!? What is he going to do!? What can I eat after wards!?

Any info would be nice! Oh, and maybe you can even slip in the steps that may happen!.

Please and thank you a bunch!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It is most likely that the surgery you are talking about is a frenectomy!.
The labial frenum can cause a gap between the front two teeth!.
They will give you either local or general anaesthetic, cut out the frenum (either diamond shaped or z-shaped) and suture it together!. There shouldn't be any pain during the procedure and they will give you pain killers after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not going to hurt at all you're gonna be fine trust me! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
