right now i dont recommend bleaching!. laser whitening could work!. i just did a bleach treatment last night and my teeth are really senstitive today!. that wouldnt be good!. especially for a tobacco user!. i actually have a question posted about it!. answer it please!!! oh and btw my dad was a tobacco user!. he quit but he is also a good brusher!. since he quit hes just been brushing well with whitening toothpaste and thats made his teeth a little whiter!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
