Question: Am i getting my braces off soon!?
at my appointment they put in my final wire and they said i have to wear rubberbands does that mean im getting my braces off soon!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but! I had my last gauge of wire (The thickest) put on, top and bottom, and wore elastics!. The elastics are or aligning your jaws I think, if I remember!. But I didn't wear them to long, but I had a overbite, therefore I had to wear headgear (/killself)!. After everything, I wore mine for two years (from start to finish, not elastics for two years), and are definitely worth the hassle and time!. So, you won't be having them taken off SOON, but not too far away!. But then again, like my dentist, I went in and he said 'Good News, Braces are coming off!' So hey, maybe you'll be surprised too!. Just don't dwell on it!.
The severity of fixing an issue, such as misaligned teeth, or overbites come into play as to how long they are to be on!. On scale of 1 to 10, how bad was your teeth alignment, or over/underbite!? Wisdom teeth coming in at same time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends how long you have had them!. you could also ask how much longer!. you probably have one more yearWww@Answer-Health@Com
