None!. There is no safe home whitener!. Baking soda is too coarse/harsh for your teeth!. Using regular baking soda can strip off the fluoride rich enamel layer! Which is a bad thing! Dont do it!.

Anything you rub on your teeth like toothpaste will only remove surface stains like coffee stains!. To get a safe real whitening you have to visit a dental office and buy trays and gel from them or try ZOOM in office procedure!.
