Each person is different!. So some people have more sensitive teeth and other people don't!. Most people don't notice their cavities until it is big enough that it starts to affect the nerve in the tooth!. So your cavity may be big, but probably not so big that it is close to the nerve!. So don't worry about it because you've already gotten them filled!.

Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes a tooth may have a dead nerve - I had a large cavity and the dentist didn't numb it because he said the nerve was dead and it was painless!. Don't know why it happens but he wasn't worried so think it's quite normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes the fluoride in toothpaste keeps the pain to a minimum!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
