Question: Just got wisdom teeth removed, What can i do!?
Just this morning at about 11 i got my 4 wisdom teeth removed and they were all still down in my gums impacted!. I also had one of my front teeth exposed!. It's been about 8 hours since the surgery ended, and right now i'm starving! I wasn't aloud to eat anything since about 9pm last night, and my mouth is still bleeding right now!. I've just been drinking water so far, but when will I be able to eat again!? Once the bleeding stops!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just got all 4 of mine out this morning too and the doctor I was able to eat right after I left the office!. Just eat soft food like mash potatoes, soup (not to hot because hot liquid can dislodge the blood clots), Jello, ect!. I just tried to keep any food from touching the surgical spots!.
It's important to get some protein and food energy into your body since your body needs it to heal!. Eat slowly and use small spoonfuls if you cant open your mouth as wide!. If you want, you can take your painkillers first and then eat after so it's not so painful when you open your mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I had mine removed (all 4, 2 of them were impacted and 1 partially impacted)!.!.!. I actually ate half of a subway sandwich the same day, I just took REALLY small bites with my front teeth and then swallowed!.!.!.
The bleeding stopped by probably around the 2nd day, and I was also able to eat yogurts, apple sauce, and other soft food!.
Or normal solid food, but very slowly, carefully, tiny bites and just swallowing it (not the best way to eat, but helps with the hunger)!.
It got easier with each day, and by the 4th/5th day I was able to eat as much as I wanted, whatever I wanted, and without problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably won't be able to eat anything besides jello until Sunday, at the earliest!. I got mine taken out a few years ago, and my jaws were swelled shut, I couldn't open my mouth wide enough to fit a spoon for about 2 days!. I was so nauseated from the pain med and the antibiotic I didn't even want to eat, and I couldn't get off the couch for about 4 days!. It was hell, but that's only something I will have to go through once, unless I have to get all of my teeth pulled when I get old!. If you are still bleeding by tomorrow, you need to call your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can eat pudding, ice cream, milkshake or a malt with a spoon not a straw!. You should place gauze in your mouth where your teeth were and bite down!. Change the gauze every 30-40 minutes!. I don`t think you should be bleeding badly 8 hours after the surgery, but a small amount of blood is to be expected for a few days!. I would not eat anything that is too hard for a week or more!. Mashed potatoes and oatmeal got me through until I could eat somewhat more regularly in about 10 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take your prescribed pain killers and forget about eating for now!. I also had all four wisdom teeth pulled at once!. I was on a liquid diet for a while, so there's a chance you may be also!.

Wow! Me n 2 of my kuzzinz juz got all 4 of ourz taken out at aroun 11 or 12!. I know how u feel!. I wuz pizzed wen i found out we kouldnt eat solid food for bout a week!. So yea!.!.!.u kan only eat soft food like da ppl above me said!.!.!.mashed potatoes, jello, pudding, broth, n ice cream!. But dnt eat anythin hot!. N u should keep replacin the gauze in ur mouth til the bleedin stopz!. My bleedin stopped around 7!. But yea!.!.!.it sux bkuz my fam wuz waxin on sum chicken while i wuz dur eatin only puddin!. lol!. Try some warm chicken broth!. It will give you some nourishment and is very comforting!. Also the saltiness may actually make your mouth feel better!. Like gargling with salt water helps a sore throat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
