Answers:
You need a night guard made by your dentist or orthodontist!. They fit more securely and don't fall out as easily!. Even with a professional guard, you may unknowingly remove it at night because you are not used to it!. Just be persistent and keep putting it back in every night!. It may take several weeks or months before you are able to keep it in all night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no exact cure for bruxism!. The main aim of treatment is to reduce any associated discomfort or pain and prevent the teeth from further damage!. Children tend to outgrow this habit with age!. A combined effort of both the parent and regular dental visits help to keep a check at the problem For more information on this you can read the following very informative article from a dental website

i suggest you get invisilign, if you grind your teeth with that on, you really wont be grinding your teeth, you'll be grinding plastic!. you might need to get some new ones every now-and-then because the grinding will wither away the invisilign!.

you REALLY need to see a dentist about this situation because something like grinding teeth could possibly make your teeth fall out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would try different mouth guardsWww@Answer-Health@Com

go to you dentist and get a splint/mouthguard made for you!. That way it will be a perfect fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
