Do you rinse your mouth out w/ a small cup or do you cup your hands and rinse your moth out!. My two little girls can not embrace the hand cup tactic, it drives me crazy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is the question of rinsing the mouth so that the dentrifice does not go in !. how does it matter how to rinse !. as they are small they can rinse using a small cup as it will be difficult for them to use hands!.for more information on brushing technique you can visit the following link

I just rinse my toothbrush out, and then suck the water out of it in my mouth!. Then I put it under the tap again, and suck!. I repeat this until I have water swishing around in my mouth, and then I spit!.

Since they are still kids, let them use a glass silly!. Brushing the teeth upwards and downwards then circular motion, be sure that your kids don't sleep while munching in on some sweets or drinking fruit juices, they might develop dental caries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
