at this point of my life i am really worried abt my future , wht next, there is no option in dentistry where u can really earn money , its all waste, of my efforts i put to get this degee, i can not do pg no money to do it ,

I am surprised and at the same time a little sad to read your question!. Dentistry is a profession like any other profession and hence follows the rule applicable to all professions!. You work hard at it and more and more people come to know about you, consequently increasing your income!.
I don't know anything about you, e!.g!. your age, the number of years you have been practising, your expertise, the place you live in and the general economic standard of the people there!. However I, an inhabitant of a medium industrial town, find quite a few dentists charging fancy fees for their services!. They range from young to middle aged and not all have a post graduate degree!.
Modern dentistry as you are well aware of being a practising dentist, is no longer confined to removal of an infected tooth!. It encompasses modern concepts of cosmetic dentistry and the evaluation, diagnosis, prevention and/or treatment (nonsurgical, surgical or related procedures) of diseases, disorders and/or conditions of the oral cavity, maxillofacial area and/or the adjacent and associated structures and their impact on the human body!. And a lot of common people are ready to pay a somewhat steep price for such complex services, provided that a dentist offers quality services!. Fame of a skilled doctor spreads by word of mouth which can be enhanced by a little advertisement!.
I don't know if you offer such varied treatments as stated earlier, to your patients!. If you don't, then doing it is imperative in keeping with the times!. If you do, make it affordable for the maximum number of patients without incurring losses on yourself, so that your fees don't burn holes on their wallets!. And it is worthwhile to remember that people will visit a dentist who does not just offer a particular specialised service, but who is really good at his job!. So you have to be good at your job!.
Of course modern dental services require some investment from the dentist!. If that is a problem, one has to look for some external help!. Many banks and financial organisations provide loans to professionals after judging their credibility and their ability to repay loans!. Make inquiries in this regard, if necessary!.
If you are an independent practitioner and your income is unsatisfactory, you may consider joining a government or a reputed private hospital or dental clinic!. Chances are that your income will increase!. You will be able to treat a higher number of patients that way adding to your experience and list of contacts!. If you do your job well, more and more patients will seek you out with their problems, even amongst a host of other doctors!. That will stand you in good stead if at some point of time you wish to switch over to private practise again!. Government hospitals provide leave and salary for the period any staff doctor leaves to pursue a post graduate degree!.
If you want to stick to private practise, then stick to your job with patience, sincerity and determination!. Quality services will bring increased number of patients and higher income in the days to come!. So don't lose hope!.

You have to develop a quality practice!. This takes time to establish a reputation in the area you work!. If you develop af fee for service office you will make real money!. The other road is to open a clinic and have many dentists work for you!.
In the near term find a position with a good dentist you can be paid on commission and make money!. I graduated 25 years ago and have made a great living but it doesn't happen overnight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
