Question: Would bleaching my teeth make the white spots "disappear"!? !?

Okay so I have white spots on the bottom of my two front teeth and i hate it soo much!
Whenever i breathe with my mouth open for a while, it becomes SUPER visible!. But when I breathe with my mouth closed, its not THAT visible!.

I was hoping that bleaching my teeth would even up the color!. I mean you can't get whiter than WHITE right!?
