How long does it take for anesthetic to wear off?!
Question: How long does it take for anesthetic to wear off!?
I went to the dentist today and I got a local anesthetic injection (!?) on my right gum!. They were checking a temporary fill they put on my tooth last year when i chipped alot of it off!.
Anyway! I got the injection around 4pm and its now 10pm on the same day and my tongue/cheek/tongue/chin is still numb!.!.!.extremely numb!.
Just wondering when it should wear off!?!?
And no I can't call them at 10 pm at night!.!.

You have to wait for it to go off!. Maybe it takes longer for you!. Don't worry it will definitely goes off!. Don't eat because you might bite your own tongue and lips without feeling it!. Better drink something in the meantime till it wears off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Normally it wears off in less than an hour!. I advise you to see a doctor!. I like the numb feeling though(:Www@Answer-Health@Com
