Answers:
The primary thing to realize is that primitive people did NOT get cavities, plaque build up on the teeth, and died with a full set of teeth in their mouth!. They had a lot more minerals in their blood stream than we do as modern people!.

Calcium and other minerals are necessary for good teeth structure, but many people are deficient in calcium today!. This is due to the lack of co-factors in the body and not a deficiency of calcium in the diet, necessarily!. Bad medicines being prescribed by doctors, like antacids, and drugs in general are contributing heavily to the deficiencies of minerals in the body!. The food supply is become very deficient in minerals and antioxidants!. We have lost over 50% of the antioxidants in our food supply in the last 25 years!.

As we age, we produce less and less stomach acid and cooked foods use up what little stomach acid we do produce at a very high rate, leaving us very deficient!. This causes the calcium to NOT be absorbed in the jejunum where a low pH is required for this absorption!. Doctors who are prescribing these antacids for people are just showing their ignorance of how the human body works!. The doctor induced illnesses are becoming rampant in our societ today due to this ignorance of nutrition!.

If you have ANY infection(s) in your body, the minerals are sorely depleted!. To find out your cellular energy level and to determine if you have a mineral deficiency, just get some pH paper from your local pharmacy that has a range between 5!.5 and 8!.0!. When you first wake up in the morning, take a sample of your first morning urine and check the pH of that urine!. It should read between 6!.4 and 7!.0!. If it is lower than that, you have a mineral deficiency and your teeth are going to suffer!.

Bad dental work is also rampant in this country and being practiced in the name of "modern dentistry!." There is ALWAYS infection under amalgam fillings and those that tell you amalgam is an O!.K!. thing to use on your teeth are simply ignorant and have a financial or ego related reason for supporting that insanity!. When you remove a silver filling, there is ALWAYS INFECTION UNDERNEATH it, ALWAYS!.

I strongly suggest you see a Certified Nutritional Therapist to have them test you to see what nutrients you are deficient in and take the guess work out of that process!. They can help you with making good food choices for your particular needs and set you on a course to becoming healthy!.

EDIT: Do NOT use hydrogen peroxide to sanitize your teeth!. Dentist use this and it only kills about 30% of the germs and it damages healthy tissue and if used regularly can cause problems rather than help you!.

If you want to improve your gum health, you should get some Neem Oil and Neem Bark and mix the two together to form a paste!. Apply this to the gums in the morning and at night!. I would do this for about a weeks time a few times a year!. This will greatly improve the health of your gums and make them very resistant to disease!. I would have ANY amalgam fillings removed and replaced with bonded ceramic, but have a dentists fully qualified and set up to do this process!.

good luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com

The best routine for gum health is to have your teeth cleaned professionally every 6 months!. Daily, use an electric tooth brush with sonic technology to dislodge the food under the gum line!. If left there, te food rots, causes inflammation and then bleeding gums!. Rinse every other day with hydrogen peroxide 3% solution to kill the bacteria that hide between your teeth!. Finally, floss every single day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
