I just got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled what should i do for swelling?!

Use frozen peas or frozen pretty much anything and place it on the side or sides you got them removed for about 15 minutes then remove them for about 5 minutes then keep doing that for about 8 hours!.

Put a cold freezer ice pack on your cheeks, or if you dont have a proper ice pack just get something like out of the freezer like a pack of frozen peas or pack of frozen corn or something like that, just wrap a dry tea towl around it or a dry flannel (face wash) then place it on your cheeks :))))Www@Answer-Health@Com
