1!. you're not supposed to but if you do brush your teeth right afterwards

3!. once in the morning and once at night
4!.i had to buy my own!. they have them at wal*mart
5!.when you get them tightened they hurt for about 2-3 days then everything is better until the next tighteningWww@Answer-Health@Com

ya i do all the time i had them for 4 years
i brush it once in the morning and once at night
its kinda hard to floss with the braces so just do it when u want to
idk sry
theres always pain when they frist put them on when they tighten them or change the wire or add a new bracket like they did to me

1!. Your not supposed to!. But you can if you brush your teeth right after!.
2!. I brust mine after every meal!.
3!. Once a day lol!.

5!. Four hours after you get them!.!.
