Six month braces refers to a treatment method where they are mostly just concerned with how your teeth look in the front!. They make the front teeth straight but don't worry too much about giving you a perfect bite!. Here's a good site that explains it!.

I didn't want to do this because I think it would annoy me if everytime I bit down, my teeth didn't meet properly!.
I wanted to get lingual braces or invisilign but I went to about 5 different orthodontists to get opinions and they all said neither would work for my particular case!. I guess some things just can't be done without traditional braces, sigh!. My teeth weren't even that bad, just my two canines on top were raised up too high and mostly straight other than that!. But my total treatment time with regular ceramic braces is only about 13 months so it's not too bad!. I should get them off in about 3 months, yay!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, I never heard of the sixth month ones!.
I will say this - I had braces in high school (I needed them a lot earlier), and i though having them 2 years was going to be hell, but really it's nothing - 2 years for a great smile is nothing!.!.!. besides guys won't mind them at all!.

no they are bad just get 2 years to 3 years braces!. you won't even notice them on your teeth except when you brush it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
