I was just in to see my dentist and I asked almost the same question!. I can't afford the whitening they offer but the hygienist recommended Crest white strips to get rid of some yellowish stains I have!. She also recommended whitening toothpaste (I've had good luck with Rembrandt)!. She also said that the gum and mouthwash really don't do any good!. I hope this has helped!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
My dentist told me to buy those strips!. He said they were almost as good as what he could do for me!.
They don't work so well on composite material though!. If you have front teeth made of that, you are best off spinging for caps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
