Answers:
if you maintain good oral hygeine like brushing your teeth twice a day ,once in the morning and then at night along with regular flossing and tongue cleaning then you should have healthy teeth!. in between snacking and the sticky food is not good for teeth as it can cause dental carie!. for more information on oral hygeine you can visit the following link

If you like your lollies try to avoid chewy sticky ones like jellies etc as they can coat your teeth and get in between them!.
Always have a good wash out or glass of water after eating them!.
If you want to get a fluoride supplement get a natural "healthy" one from the Health Shop not the poisonous ones from the chemist!
There has just been a big media stir up about Mouthwashes here!. There have been studies done that show using alcohol based mouthwashes can contribute dramatically to Mouth Cancer!. So see if the Health Shop has a user friendly option as well!. Flossing is good too but always gently gently!. My daughter had braces and she was not as thorough as she should have been cleaning around them with the little brush so make sure you really concentrate on this otherwise when they remove the little metal pads you may have decay there!
Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
