OMG ... it's tomorrow ... i'm sort of panicking ...?!

Question: OMG !.!.!. it's tomorrow !.!.!. i'm sort of panicking !.!.!.!?
Last time I went to my dentist, he made me sign a piece of paper stating that my tooth #18 had to had a crown, and some other 2 teeth needed a filling, so I supposed that by signing that paper, it meant that all I can do in my next appointment (which is tomorrow morning), is what was stated on that piece of paper !.!.!.

But here's the thing !.!.!. I'm desperate to replace my amalgam/silver fillings with the composite/white fillings !.!.!. So I was thinking that instead of doing what I had to do, I could do the replacement instead !

Will I be able to do it !?!?
I mean, my dentist it's not rude to the point of saying "NO, YOU'RE GONNA DO WHAT WE YOU TOO", but I mean, I'm kind of panicking thinking that maybe my dentist will say NO =(

What are your thoughts on this one !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably going to have to set up another appointment!. Dentists are busy people, and getting a filling removed and then replaced with something they might not have on hand is somewhat of a bother--they may also charge you more!

Bring it up with them just in case, it never hurts to ask! I also applaud you on changing silver fillings to white, having all that metal in your mouth isn't good for anyone!. My mother is still working on getting hers removed and replaced after she found out she was allergic to the high levels of metal so close constantly entering her system!.

Good luck to you! And if you can't do it tomorrow, make another appointment, it's well worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would have your two cavities fixed so they do not get larger!. Have them done with composite/resin fillings which are the tooth colored ones!. I would not see why it would be a problem to have your other fillings changed out, sometimes it nice to give the office a notice as they might set aside a certain amount of time to do the other work!. Keep in mind that insurance does not pay to replace your amalgam fillings with composite unless there is decay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. Yes you tell your dentist what you want to do!. If they are not busy they will do it, if they busy & it would take more time they will reschedule!. Oh, yes they might have to talk to your insurance company!. That might delay the change due to what percentage insurance will pay & what you are responsible for!. The form you signed at your past appointment is not in stone!. You tell them you have changed your mind!. It will work out!. Peace!. P!.S!. The form might have had to do with procedure then & insurance coverage!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that whatever happens, it will all turn out fine in the end!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
