I had my braces off yesterday and I'm wearing my retainer right now !.!.!. it is hurting me !. Is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it's normal!. A retainer is designed to keep your teeth in place after braces are removed!. It's also possible that your teeth are hurting because you just had your braces taken off, my sisters did for like a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah thats normal!. you have to get used to the feel of it!. but it wont always hurt!. its just the first couple of days right after you get your braces off!. and then sometimes if u go back for a checkup and they tighten your retainerWww@Answer-Health@Com

No they will not shift your teeth!.They are made to keep your teeth FROM SHIFTING!.Retainers normally put pressure on the teeth which WILL cause discomfort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
