yeah but some toothpaste like arm and hammer have baking soda in them, i just brudsh my teeth well and use scope white and it works, if not i have also done crest white strips which work if you use them as directed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

baking soda does get your teeth whiter but id use the toothpaste with baking soda dont do it yourself!. P!.S!. i have braces 2Www@Answer-Health@Com
