Question: Wisdom Teeth extraction yesterday!.!. (24 hours ago) (things to do!.!.)!?
It's been one day since I got my wisdom teeth took out (bottom two)!. I really wanna brush my teeth but I don't wanna bother the blood clot and don't wanna take a risk!. (I also have stitches!.!. does this help from dislodging the blood clot!?) Also, should I start doing the salt water rinse soon!? Any information on stuff I can do 24 hours after surgery would be awesome!Www@Answer-Health@Com

start the salt water!. brush your top teeth and your tongue as you normally would, brush your front bottoms as you normally would, and then in the back brush gently!. don't brush directly over the stitches!. and don't spit the toothpaste out, just take sip of water to rinse it away and let it dribble out of your mouth into the sink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started rinsing my mouth after 24hrs, I had all of mine removed at the same time, so I waited an extra day to brush my teeth, but I rinsed my mouth out with Listerine to help with bacteria!. Did the doctor that removed your teeth give a you a lil syringe thing!? They gave that to me to squirt where my teeth were to clean all of the food out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just got mine taken out last month!.!.!.just make sure you rinse your mouth with water and drink a lot of water!.!.!.!. also, keeping slight pressure on the wounds with gauze helps!.!.

Brush Your teeth Gently!.
Avoid where they take out the teeth!.
Afterwards rinse!.

Its best to rinse with salt water to make the pain or something go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
