Gum recession is one of the biggest causes for tooth loss!.
SEE A DENTIST!. WE ONLY GET ONE SET OF PERMANENT TEETH !
"Treatment should start with addressing the problem which caused the gum recession!. If overactive brushing is the cause, the patient should consider purchasing a softer toothbrush and use a more gentle brushing technique!. If poor plaque control was a contributing factor, improved oral hygiene must be performed, combined with regular professional dental cleanings (prophylaxis)!. If severe calculus (tartar) was the cause, then a procedure called scaling and root planing may be necessary to clean the teeth and heal inflammation in the gingiva (gums)!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

Receding gums are usually a sign of disease!. I was told to gently floss and then use this toothbrushy thing that cleaned very carefully up to and slightly under my gums!. I was then to gargle with this cr@p that was to kill germs!. All of this to stop the gum lose!. I was also to have this special cleaning of my teeth and he wanted $500!. I quit at that point but in checking the above method will help stop gum loss and the eventual loss of your teeth!. You will have to be ever diligent!. Go to a good dentist and get on the right path or you will look like dracula and one day your teeth will start dropping out!. Sounds awful and it is!. Oh I and use hydrogen peroxide after all the above to kill germs now and it is supposed to work!. When they did this test for germs!. !. !.I didn't have any!. Hydrogen peroxide is some pretty neat stuff!. Be sure you don't swallow it!. !. !.it is for external use only!. Oh yea take it easy when you brush and use a soft bristle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
