Wisdom tooth growing in?!
Question: Wisdom tooth growing in!?
hello!. Im 16 and in a lot of pain!.!.!.my wisdom tooth is growing in and it hurts like a *********!.!.!.!.!.!.when in the mirror at the tooth the gums or all red and tender!.My mom says to wait till it fully grows in blc "theres nothing you can do about it"!.!.!.but i just think shes saying that b/c she doesnt want to take me to the dentist!. I went to the dentist last month and he noticed that it was starting to come in and that if i had any probs with it that i should come in so he can decide if he should refer me to an oral surgeon to get it extracted!.!.!.!.!.so in the mean time, is there anything i can do to relieve the pain!? thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should get them out!.
there is a way to get them out if they aren't fully grown in yet, they just cut the gum!.
(i had mine out over christmas vacation)
if you're in a lot of pain, get them out cause the pain will only get worse!.
and if they start coming in, they can push your other teeth forward and you'll end up with overlapping teeth or something!.
but until you get them out, you can take just regular over the counter pain reliever, such as advil/tylenol!.
or you can see if your dentist can prescribed you something stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
