ps!.!. it might look yucky!.!. but surprisingly last good!.!. you put two in a bowl, add milk, warm up then it turns like smooth, and you just eat it!.!. you can add sugar or honey!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had reconstructive jaw surgery a few years ago!. I had to do the whole liquid diet thing for about 4 months!. I got sick of milk products and shakes pretty quickly!. I started eating soup!. If the soup pieces were too big, I had to put the soup in a blender!. Anyways, the saltiness kept me sane and allowed me to lighten up on milk products!. I hope this helps!.
