Question: Should i wear my broken retainer to sleep!?
Hi my retainer broke in the back like not in half but lets say its not double sided anymore should i still wear to sleep or no!? is it safe or no!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No dont wear it!. You run the risk of swallowing a piece of it!. Anyways it doesnt serve its purpose if its broken!. Go to your orthodontist and get it repaired or get a new one made!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
