Question: Question for people who had a herps appliance and had it taken off!?
When you got it out, did they just take the metal arm thingys off, or did they take the metal cap thingys off your teeth too!? did it hurt!? How do they get the metal cap things off!?

My daughter had the herbst appliance!. They removed the whole thing!. She said they basically just pulled it off!. It was not a big deal!. Pretty painless!. And she was only 10 years old!.!.!.so it must have been pretty easy - she's kind of a drama queen =) Good luck to you - I'm feeling a little jealous!.!.!.I've had my braces on for 10 months now!.
