Question: Woke up from my sleep with a socket full of blood!? HELP!.!?
I don't know what's going on with one of my extraction sites but I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and i noticed that one of my bottom wisdom extraction sites was filled with dried up chunks of blood!. I don't know what's going on and i'm freaking out! This is my fifth day of recovery and I was doing really good with zero to no bleeding and then this socket starts going crazy!. because u you are still healing from an extraction some bleeding can be expected!. as the socket heals a blood clot will form in the socket to protect it and to help speed up the healing process!. some foods you eat or any other kind of trauma to the area may cause it to bleed again!. do not rinse or spit to vigorously!. Avoid crunchy foods such as chips for a week or so!. DO NOT remove the clotting blood as this will cause a painful DRY SOCKET!. also biting down on a damp tea bag for 15minutes will help stop the bleeding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry about it!. If your blood isn't actually flowing from the wound, there's nothing wrong!. In fact, what you have is probably nothing more than the scab from the healed wound!.
