Question: Who has a bite plate and how long do i need to wear it!?
I had/have a pretty bad overbite and im wearing a bite plate now!. Im just wondering how much longer i need to wear it, and im worrying that its going to break because the wire is getting loose!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a bite plate too!. I wore it for 6 months-8 months (can't remember exactly how long), but it depends on how severe your overbite really is!. Mine was/is an extremely bad one and after 3 1/2 years of braces, I still have it!. About it breaking, as long as your careful with it, I don't think it will break!. Share your concerns with your orthodontist next visit!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
