Question: Should I see my dentist/doctor!?

I have this thing at the bottom of my mouth, behind my bottom teeth and it reaally hurts!. Its kind of white-ish!. Its at the edge of my bottom retainer, so I'm not sure if it is a cut from my retainer or a mouth ulcer!. Should I go see my dentist/doctor about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
