Not at all!. They take off the bands, take out the wire, pop off the brackets (just feels like they're relieving pressure), get all the cement off and WALA! Then your teeth feel really smooth and cool!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not really!. I remember them putting on some liquid that wore the adhesive off!. All I remember about the experience was that it tasted bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It doesn't really hurt bit it was uncomfortable for me!. Once they are off you teeth feel real slimy and slick!. Congrats on getting them off!Www@Answer-Health@Com
