Question: Getting teeth taken out!!?
Ok, I'm going to need a brace soon and will probably need to have some teeth taken out!.
The thing is, is that I am really scared of injections and was wondering if anyone could think of any alternatives other than an injection!.
I know that to know exactly I would need to ask my dentist but I was wondering if anyone here had any ideas!?

its a tiny prick in your hand, then you go to sleep and wake up all done! i had 4 teeth out - trust me it doesnt hurt,Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can ask for laughing gas , this will make you not care about anything ! Or you could have GA in special dental hospital !.
I am terrified of injections , i had to have a tooth extracted in December and was terrified ! I had to have 2 injections , they don't stick it in , they only prick the skin and inject slowly !. They also put numbing cream on before , you wont feel a thing!.
After your teeth are removed your mouth will feel numb for a few hours , be careful not to burn your mouth !. When the pain happens take a panodol and was mouth out with antiseptic mouth wash !.

hi ,I have recently had a lot of dental work done , 2 teeth removed under anaesthetic, but after i have had 5 front teeth capped which entailed 12 injections to the gums , my dentist pinched and wobbled my top lip and i never felt a thing , and i was on the chair for an hour and a half, best thing is to talk to the dentist and tell them that you have problems and that you will put up your arm if you have any and i mean any problems at all, hthWww@Answer-Health@Com
I dont think there is analternative!. They dont do gas anymore!. Even if you went to a sedation clinic you would need to have an injection to sedate youWww@Answer-Health@Com
I know there is a liquid they can pour on your gums that numbs them, but that might not be strong enough for getting a tooth outWww@Answer-Health@Com
