None of the whitening toothpastes out there will really whiten your teeth!. It can help keep them white after whitening!. If money is an issue and you are looking for home remedies i have always heard that baking soda works but if you want noticeably whiter teeth you will have to get professional whitening kit from your dentist or use the white strips for some minor whitening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i got my braces off and i hated how nonwhite my teeth were so i got the whitening striping with tartar control and used about 10 of them every other night and my teeth are still white!. i use one every like 3 weeks or if i want them even whiter more!. using them didn't make my teeth weak or sensitive either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You don't like the white strips!? If your teeth are sensitive use a tooth paste like sensodyne whitening after your done with the white strips!. I use them and LOVE them!. However, don't use peroxide!. It can bring on a condition called Black hairy tongue!. Search it!.!. pretty gross!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
