My dentist told me that he can tell a smoker from a non-smoker just by looking at the tongue!. He said no matter how clean your mouth is he could tell!. Must be some type of build up that stays on the tongue!? Anyway if you mean you chew tobacco!? No clue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
