Cephalexin is generic for Keflex and antibiotic and Hydrocodone is generic for Vicodin and that is used for pain so yes they are sfe, but I suggest taking them on a full tummy as they can cause some wicked tummy upset!. They are safe and Vicodin is not safe long term, but short term fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

After minor procedures, most doctors prescribe an antibiotic and a pain reliever!. The antibiotic is to make sure that a bacterial infection doesn't develop!. cephalexin is an antibiotic and should be taken until gone even if you feel better!.!.!.!.very important!! Hydrocodone is for pain releif!. they can be taken together cause one is for pain and the other is for infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
