Definately! I've had 3 people within a 2 week time frame tell me how white my teeth were!. I don't even use them daily let alone twice a day like you're supposed to!. I use them maybe once a week or every other week because they are uncomfortable to wear even for 1/2 hr!. So using them less often will stretch the "month" supply they come with!. Also, you may experience a slight uncomfortable sensation if you have sensitive teeth, but it goes away and is worth it!.
