A question about whitestrips?!

Question: A question about whitestrips!?
I bought some general whitstrips, and it says to use them twice a day, for 30 minutes!. can i use them just for an hour straight (using different strips for each 30 minutes, of course)!? or do i have to make them at different time intervals throughout the day!? I mean!.!.!. how far apart should they be!? can i use it at 7:30, and then again at 8:30!?

And also, my gums seem SO extremely sensitive!. they bleed when i simply touch them, and brushing is honestly unbearable!. what am i supposed to do!?! i still want to use them!.!.!. is white teeth worth a week of torture for my gums!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
i just started using whitening strips like a week ago and they are crest the original or whatever ones and I think it says that you can just go one after another if you want!. About your gums i am not sure!. there are other things you could do for whitening probably, you should talk to someone at a store or your dentist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use my whitestrips once a week!. One bottom and one top!. They really dont need to be used that close to eachother!. Dont over-do it because one time i fell asleep with whitestrips on my teeth, and when i woke up about an hour later, my teeth were VERY sensitive, and my gums had become red and swollen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to see a dentist about your gums before using anything, thats not normal at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They put directions on the box for a reason!.
There is probably chemicals and what not in the whitestrips, cuz when you think about it, it isn't very easy to whiten your teeth!. My guess: the whitestrips can cause irritability if used for long periods of time!.
I would probably use them once after I eat breakfast, and once after dinner, since you won't be eating for a while!.
Wearing two sets consecutively probably won't speed up the process anymore than wearing them a few hours apart!.

As for your gums: go see a doctor, you could have some kind of gum disease!. I know a symptom of scurvy sensitive and bleeding gums!. You may not have scurvy (and you probably don't) but if you are lacking in any vitamins (especially vitamin c), that's probably your problem!. Either that or you've brushed too hard in the past and made your gums very sensitive, so definitely go see a doctor or a dentist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
