okay so i got my braces off like a month or two ago, and they gave me a clear plastic retainer!. they told me to wear it all day with the exceptions of eating food and stuff, but i wore it all day only for about a week, then took them off and began to wear them only at nights when i'm sleeping!. will this make a difference for my teeth!? will i need to get braces again if i only wear them at nights!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I actually have a appliance Im supposed to be wearing every night!. My orthodontist told me to wear them every night but I hardly wear them!. Consequently my teeth have moved backwards towards their original position and I might need to get braces again but if you wear them every night you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your teeth can move back out of alignment if you don't wear your retainer as directed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
