Question: What is this white stuff on my tongue!?
I have had this white stuff on my tongue for a long time!. I doesn't bother me but any ideas on what it is and how to get rid of it!? I heard it gives you bad breath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A tongue scraper works well if you use it frequently enough!.
Brushing your tongue with your toothbrush is just as good!. I wouldn't recommend using toothpaste to clean it though because your tongue can pick up colors and dyes very easily!. Use a non-alcoholic mouthwash afterwards if you're worried about smell (I recommend Crest Pro-Health)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Plaque build up!. If you go to thee store and purchase a tounge scraper, it will remove most ofthe buildup and give you better smeling breath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
