My bottom retainer doesn't fit...?!
Question: My bottom retainer doesn't fit!.!.!.!?
i got my braces off 5-6 yrs ago and wore my retainers as i was told (24/7 for a few wks, at night for 1st yr, and then about 1 a mo!. from then on)
a few months ago my bottom retainer was not fitting as well as it used to!. my bottom teeth really haven't shifted (one tooth is out of place but its not that noticeable) and every since i got my wisdom teeth out it fits even worse (it finally stopped but for a while it would give me a sore) - like it pops out
i would go back to my orthodontist but i don't live near him anymore!.!.!.
is there anything i can do (like wear it more often!?)!? or should i go to a new orthodontist to get a new one!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The answer is your growing and your mouth is changing shape as you do grow!.
You will need to see a Denturist, a Dental Laboratory can fix or adjust your retainer again or just make you a new one!.
It doesn't sound like you did anything wrong with the way you used it!.
