Simply brushing your tongue will do the trick!. Brush your tongue in the morning and at night with a tongue scraper or your toothbrush!. That should do the trick if you're consistent!.

Mouthrinses containing alcohol are a big no-no!. Although you think it does the trick, the alcohol actually dries out your mouth later and makes your breath smell worse than before!. Opt for a non-alcoholic rinse such as Crest Pro-Health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I disagree with the person on top!. Listerine(an alcohol based mouthwash) is very useful for killing bacteria that cause bad breath!. I will assume you are flossing and brushing regularly and that this doesn't help get rid of the smell!. You might want to try a hydrogen peroxide rinse( I recommend a solution of 50% H2O2 and water) for a couple of weeks and see if this helps!. This will kill a lot of the bacteria in your mouth and will also whiten your teeth!. This should not become part of your daily regime as it becomes detrimental during long term usage so you should stop the peroxide rinse 1 week after you notice the smell disappearing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Salt and pepper mixture helps!

You need to put together 1/2 tablespoon of salt and another 1/2 tablespoon of ground pepper into a glass, pour in some water, turn the mixture into a concentrate (don't dilute it too much though) and rinse your mouth with it at least once a day!. It helps!. Worked for my dad!.

Hope this will work for you too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
