Can I smoke with a retainer in?!
Question: Can I smoke with a retainer in!?
I just got my Essix type retainer (clear kind that snap over the teeth) and I need to know if it is okay to smoke with it in at night if I brush them really good in the morning!.!.!. I can't find any info about this online so I have been taking them out to smoke but they are so slimy

It's not ok to smoke with your retainer in!. Take it out, smoke, wash the retainer and put back in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
