If its an infection try rinsing your mouth with warm salt water, it will help lessen
the pain.

If its getting worse every time you eat it could be food collecting and building up.

I recommend salt water as most tooth pain is caused by infection,
and the tooth may have an abscessed tooth.

Only if the tooth itself is bad will they remove it, you should go see a dentist
salt water will help but will not take care of the issues.

you will need antibiotics and maybe some dental work gone,
I would not worry bout losing the tooth but even if you do
it is not that big a deal as its a back tooth and it not like
any one will see that its not there.
