You'll probably get an antibiotic to prevent infection, and a pain killer for residual pain. The favorites here in the states are penicillin VK or amoxicillin (antibiotics) and Vicodin, Vicoprofen, or Percocet (painkillers). Of course that may vary in India with availability and what the doctor sees as necessary.
