Question: What should I soak my retainers in?
Everytime i take my retainers out my mouth i wash it with water is there anything that takes bacteria out of retainers and cleans it becasue i know water doesnt do it.

Wash them daily with mouthwash using a light scrubbing motion with a toothbrush. Don't use toothpaste because toothpaste contains abrasives and can scratch the retainers. Once a week, soak them in denture cleaner. I know it sounds weird, but it works.
I have a dental splint that I wear nightly and use this method given to me by my specialist.
Soak them in salt water this should help.
Mouthwash works great.
