some stone-like things started to form on my teeth
does anyone know why they're there and how i can get rid of them?

it just looks like you've got some staining that's all. Pop to your dentist and he/she will arrange for you to have a scale and polish to get rid of it.
Tooth stone.
Its present in your saliva and can deposit on your teeth overtime. Brush well and often to help prevent this. Your dentist can polish this off.
Probably calculus.
You need a dental cleaning,
