do i have a tooth abscess?!


Question: Do i have a tooth abscess?
about two days ago my gums underneath my molars on the bottom left of my mouth started hurting only when touch, then my cheek and part of my jaw started feeling slightly swollen not noticeable though and now there are two little white sores right where my gums hurt so it sounds like an abscess but i cant go see a dentist for another week is it safe to wait that long, its not excruciating pain or anything just very tender how long does it take an abscess to spread and become life threatening

it sounds like you have a tooth abscess, however, tooth abscess is an infection ,it can spread and affect the heart and it literally eats into the soft facial bones. Not something to fool around with.
get to a dentist ASAP

well, it depends on the area, depth, severity, immune system and impact of injury.
If you cant see your dentist till next week, then try antibiotics, since the major cause of the abscess is build up of bacteria in the plaque around the gums and teeth.
