the NHS will not give you designer teeth, they will fix what clinically needs fixing and that's it
if you want a pick and mix session i suggest you go private and you can tell the dentist exactly what you want done
Treehouse has the correct answer. To get the look you are wanting will cost a lot of money and will only be available within the private sector.
By the fact you state taking time I assume you have met the clinical need for orthodontics and it is braces that are taking the time at the moment.
The media stars with the perfect teeth have spent a huge amount of money to achieve and very little of it is natural.
