Sore gum on the back of my wisdom teeth?!

Question: Sore gum on the back of my wisdom teeth?
The gum area on the back of both my right wisdom teeth looks a little red and feels slightly inflamed. There's no actual pain, but it is causing some discomfort, mainly when I swallow. I've had it for about a day now. I've been trying to drink mainly cool liquids to avoid any further inflammation, as well as rinsing my mouth with a solution of half hydrogen peroxide and half water which does sooth the discomfort for awhile. Anyone have any idea what this is, what else I can do about it, and how long it might last?

We call it as a swelling gum.
