Question: What is this white hole in my gums and what is the cure?
So its been 3 days I guess. I have a white hole on my lower left gums. Its white, the hole is in it and around it, is redish than the other part of my gums. It hurts, what is it? Whats a home remedy or whats the cure for it? :( Please help, it hurts when I smile, when I open my mouth, when I touch it, please..

Its a mouth ulcer. They generally last for 10 days. Though if you put salt crystals directly onto it, it makes it heal faster. Hurts like hell but worth it!
Gargle with warm salt water 3 or 4 times a day. It will sting. But it will help.
Mouth cancer.
it's either a cold sore, or just a cut in your mouth. just leave it alone, and eventually it will heal on its own.
An ulcer. Use mouth wash everyday, it really does work.
