2 wisdom teeth coming in and I have braces.?!

Question: 2 wisdom teeth coming in and I have braces.?
Before i ask anything, maybe it would be best if i share some information which might help in answering my questions.

1. I'm having braces at the moment, been having them since last year around March/April.
2. I'm not having orthodontic treatment because of overcrowding teeth, but missing teeth. I am missing 2 teeth at the bottom row so for the orthodontic procedure i had 2 teeth extracted from the top row.

The one on the bottom left of my mouth has been poking a little through my gum for several years but it has never moved further than that. By poking through I mean maybe just 1mm.
Just about maybe last month, this wisdom tooth grew out a little more and almost half of it is visible.

I feel like there's another one erupting from the top left, i can feel the groove of a tooth and at 1st i thought it was just me but today it started feeling sore and it hurts when it gets any form of contact so for now i try to only chew with the right side of my mouth.

I'm guessing that after a period of time with the braces, the gaps between my teeth are gone and there is more space at the back of my mouth which then allows the wisdom teeth to come in.
I'm not sure if that makes any sense in dental terms though, but that's the only theory i can come up with.

Question is, why do you think the wisdom teeth are coming in now? And am i likely to have to extract them out?

Your wisdom teeth are coming in now because they found space to do so. Otherwise they would remain impacted and unable to cut through. Also, the reason wisdom teeth are pulled is because there is no space for them in your mouth. Or if wisdom teeth somehow can cut through you'll end up needing braces just for that situation alone. I have kept my wisdom teeth because I had a couple of upper teeth pulled and they fit right in my mouth just fine. No everyone has them pulled, but many people do.

Don't really know the reason your wisdom teeth are coming in but, no than likely you will have to have extracted. Very few people are able to keep them.

When I had braces last year but for a overbite (4 years with braces) the orthodontic told me in the last year to pull my wisdom teeth out after my last year with braces after my gaps closed from the top and bottom. It was painful. If they let your wisdom teeth set in theres 50% that they might come out up-right or 50% that they can come in inward making your teeth crook it if kept (going by what ortho told me). This was my 2 bottom wisdom teeth. My teeth cam out straight from the top but my bottom teeth came out outward. :/ Consult your ortho for more information. Hopefully it helped

Similar situation.
Braces for 4 years
